In the sealing and output process, the bottle is fed into the capping machine by the bottleneck transition wheel. The anti rotation knife of the capping machine locks onto the bottleneck, keeping the bottle upright and preventing rotation. The capping head keeps revolving and rotating on the capping machine, and under the action of the cam, it achieves the actions of grabbing, fitting, spinning, and removing the capping, completing the capping process. The finished bottles are finally transported from the capping machine to the bottle conveyor chain through the bottle dispensing wheel, and then sent out by the conveyor chain to complete the entire filling process.
