The function of the CIP system is to automatically clean all surfaces that come into contact with the product. The cleaning objects include the inner wall of the body, the inner wall of the pipeline, the inner wall of the liquid cylinder, and other liquid channels.
The CIP system usually consists of a cleaning solution storage tank, acid-base addition device, heater, cleaning pump and reflux pump, as well as pipelines, steam valve groups, etc.According to the different cleaning objects, it can be divided into single circuit, double circuit, multi circuit, etc. The metering and addition of concentrated acid and alkali in the automatic CIP system, as well as the temperature of the cleaning solution, are all automatically controlled, and the cleaning  program is also automatically executed after setting.
