The bottle is blown through the bottle blowing machine and transferred to the bottle bottom cooling wheel group of the two in one machine through the transition wheel in the wheel assembly. The high-efficiency and energy-saving atomizing nozzle atomizes the thickest part of the bottle to forcibly and quickly cool it. It is used to cool the bottle temperature that is too high due to blowing, and the temperature at the bottom of the bottle is not easily reduced, which affects subsequent filling. The processed empty bottle is transferred into the filling machine through the transition wheel.
When a bottle signal is detected, after passing through a certain workstation, the gas containing electromagnetic flowmeter filling valve opens and begins filling. At the same time, the flowmeter measures according to the set filling flow rate. When the set capacity is reached, the flowmeter sends a valve closing signal, and the external filling valve closes. The filled bottle is exhausted through the exhaust cam, and the bottle mouth is disconnected from the filling valve, completing the entire filling process. After the filling is completed, the bottle is sent to the capping machine by the sealing wheel
