Beer Filling Mahine Is Being Tasted

The beer glass bottle filling machine developed by our company has been successfully tested. The filling machine adopts advanced three-line design, integrates washing, filling and capping, and can handle 10,000 bottles per hour (330mL/ bottle), which greatly improves the production efficiency.

The core technology of the equipment lies in the precision and efficiency of its washing, filling and capping. The bottle flushing process can choose single or double channel flushing, which not only improves the washing efficiency, but also uses sterile water or sterilized water to rinse, ensuring the cleanliness of the bottle. The filling valve adopts secondary vacuum control to minimize the oxygen increase of the beer, thus ensuring the taste and quality of the beer.

In terms of filling accuracy, the precision control system ensures the stability of the filling amount, and the error is controlled within ±1%, thus reducing the waste of materials and improving the yield. The dimensions of the equipment have also been optimized to ensure work efficiency and reduce space occupancy.
