Main feature

  Star wheel

  Bottle washing machine

1) The rotating discs are all welded with stainless steel ANSI304;

2) The bottle washing machine adopts two processes: production water spraying and empty station draining.

3) The high-efficiency spray nozzle is adopted, and the bottle washing water is sprayed at a set angle, which can be washed to any part of the inner wall of the bottle, so that the washing is thorough and the bottle washing water is saved;

4) Check the installation pressure of the water inlet pipe of bottle flushing, and it is required to automatically stop and give an alarm when the pressure is too high or too low;

5) Both the bottle clamp and the sliding sleeve of the turnover mechanism adopt German igus corrosion-resistant maintenance-free bearings.

   Filling machine

1) The rotating discs are all made of stainless steel ANSI304, among which the filling valves, liquid cylinders and other pipes in contact with materials are made of high-quality stainless steel, and the material conveying pipes are streamlined to ensure no sanitary dead angle; The connection between pipelines, pipelines and flow meters, and pipelines and filling valves are connected by clamps, which is beneficial to equipment maintenance, cleaning and replacement;

2) Large plane toothed bearing, stable and reliable operation.

3) This machine adopts gravity filling method, and the filling level is adjusted according to the bottle type through the height of the air return pipe;

4) The top of the filling cylinder is equipped with a liquid level sensor, the touch screen displays the values of all detection parameters in real time, the materials in the filling cylinder are automatically controlled, and the liquid level height is sent to the feed control valve according to the detection output signal of the liquid level sensor, so as to realize PID control and ensure the liquid level stability and filling reliability; The bottom of the filling machine cylinder is inclined, and the materials can be completely emptied;

5) Filling cylinder and material pipeline system can realize CIP cleaning.

  Plastic capping machine

1) A photoelectric switch is installed on the capping guide rail, which will automatically stop the machine when there is no cap on the capping guide rail, which can effectively avoid the appearance of uncovered bottles.

2) It is equipped with a bottle inlet detection switch of the capping machine, which is interlocked with the capping cylinder at the joint of the capping guide rail and the capping disk to control the discharge of the caps, so as to ensure that the caps are stopped when there are no bottles and reduce the loss of the caps.

3) Magnetic cover with adjustable torque.
