Product Application
Loading goods: First, place the goods that need to be packaged on a pallet, which will then be placed on the central turntable of the pallet winding machine.
Film loading: The tray winding machine is equipped with a film rack, which is loaded with winding film rolls. Wrapping film is usually a plastic film with stretchability, used to wrap and protect goods on pallets.
Pre stretching treatment: Depending on the model, the winding machine may have pre stretching or anti stretching functions. The pre stretching machine will stretch the film to a certain extent before winding, in order to reduce the actual amount of film used and enhance the stability of the packaging. Stretching resistance relies on the natural elasticity of the film during the winding process.
Automatic winding: After starting the machine, the turntable motor starts working, driving the tray and its cargo to rotate. As the tray rotates, the film frame mechanism controls the synchronous action of the film reel, evenly and tightly wrapping the film onto the cargo in a pre-set mode (up and down, left and right, or comprehensive winding mode). Some high-end models are also equipped with lifting mechanisms, which can automatically adjust the coverage range of the film up and down according to the height of the goods.
Parameter settings: Operators can set parameters such as the number of layers of winding, rotation speed of the turntable, and film tension through the electronic control panel to meet the packaging needs of different goods.
Cutting and fixing: When the preset number of winding layers is reached or the program is completed, the machine will automatically cut off the winding film and attach it to the end of the film through hot melt adhesive or its own adhesive to ensure the sealing of the packaging.
