Product Description
Pre washing stage: In this stage, the glass bottle enters the bottle washing machine through a conveyor belt and first receives pre washing with circulating water, which is usually carried out through the circulating water pressurized by a low-pressure pump, aiming to remove large particle impurities on the inner and outer surfaces of the bottle. Under the action of the nozzle, water is sprayed externally on the bottle and may be rinsed internally through specific devices to reduce the burden of subsequent cleaning stages.
Chemical cleaning: Next, the bottle washer uses an aqueous solution containing a cleaning agent to thoroughly clean the bottle. These cleaning agents can be alkaline, used to remove oil and organic residues, or acidic or other special formula cleaning agents can be selected as needed. This stage may include various forms such as soaking, spraying, etc. to ensure that all surfaces are fully covered.
High pressure backwashing: Using the water flow generated by the high-pressure pump to backwash the inside of the bottle, as well as strong spraying on the outer wall, to thoroughly remove all loose dirt and chemical residues.
Disinfection/Sterilization: To ensure the hygiene and safety of bottles, the bottle washing machine may also be equipped with a disinfection process. This can be achieved by increasing the temperature of the cleaning solution, adding disinfectants, or using ultraviolet radiation, hot air, and other methods.
Drying: Finally, the cleaned bottles need to be dried to prevent secondary contamination. This is usually achieved through a hot air drying system, where high-temperature air flows through the inside and outside of the bottle, rapidly evaporating moisture.
