Newest CGF 32-32-10 Water Filling Machine Production Line

The CGF series bottled water production line is mainly used for the production of PET bottled water with a capacity between 200-2000ML, and different models can provide a production capacity of 2000-36000 bottles/hour. This machine combines the functions of washing, filling, and capping into one body, achieving automation throughout the entire process. It is suitable for filling PET bottles, plastic bottles, mineral water, and purified water. The filling method adopts gravity filling, which makes the filling speed faster and more stable, so compared with machines of the same specifications, this machine has a higher output and greater efficiency. This machine adopts advanced Mitsubishi programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the automatic operation of the machine, and cooperates with the host frequency converter to make the equipment run more stably and reliably. The photoelectric sensor detects the operating status of each component, with a high degree of automation and easy operation.

What is gravity filling？

Gravity filling is a method of filling using the self gravity of a liquid. This method is mainly used for low viscosity liquid products such as water, juice, alcohol, etc.

Rinsing Part

The bottle washing machine is responsible for cleaning empty bottles, removing impurities inside the bottles and stains on the bottle walls,stainless steel rinsing pipe it has good corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and disinfection characteristics, and is very suitable for use in equipment in the food and beverage processing industry.

Filling Part

High Speed Filling Valve can reach 200ml/s,made of SUS 304(for water filling) & excellent SUS316L(for hot filling and soft drinks filling),equipped with specially designed liquid level modified unit to ensure the same level of each bottle.
