It is currently the most widely used type of desalination equipment, mainly used for desalination of seawater and brackish water; Softening of boiler water; Desalination of general pure water; Wastewater treatment; The pre-treatment of ultrapure water can reduce the load of ion exchange resin by more than 90%, and the amount of regenerant can also be reduced by more than 90%; Purification, concentration, separation, and other aspects of food, medicine, chemical industry, etc.

Product Description

Composition of reverse osmosis host

     The reverse osmosis host is mainly composed of a booster pump, membrane shell, reverse osmosis membrane, control circuit, etc. It is the core part of the entire water treatment system, and the quality of the produced water mainly depends on this part. As long as the model of the membrane and the model of the booster pump are selected properly, the filtration capacity of the reverse osmosis host for salt in water can reach over 99%, and the effluent conductivity can be guaranteed to be within 10us/cm (25 degrees).


Preprocessing

   Pre treatment often consists of quartz sand filtration equipment, activated carbon filtration equipment, and precision filtration equipment, with the main purpose of removing harmful substances such as sediment, rust, colloidal substances, suspended solids, pigments, odors, and biochemical organic compounds from raw water, reducing residual ammonia value and pesticide pollution. If the content of calcium and magnesium ions in the raw water is high, it is necessary to add a water softening device, mainly to protect the reverse osmosis membrane in the later stage from being damaged by large particles, thereby extending the service life of the reverse osmosis membrane.

     Reverse osmosis equipment is a water treatment system organized around a reverse osmosis membrane. A complete reverse osmosis system consists of a pre-treatment section, a reverse osmosis host (membrane filtration section), a post-treatment section, and a system cleaning section.

    The post-treatment part mainly involves further processing the pure water produced by the reverse osmosis host. If the subsequent process is connected to ion exchange or electrodeionization (EDI) equipment, industrial ultrapure water can be produced. If it is used in the civilian direct drinking water process, it is often connected to a post sterilization device, such as a paper external sterilization lamp or an ozone generator, so that the produced water can be directly consumed.


Mechanical filter

      Mechanical filters are used to reduce the turbidity of water, and can be used as pre-treatment equipment for water or as a separate ordinary filtration equipment for places with low water quality requirements. The principle of a mechanical filter is to use one or several filtering media, under a certain pressure, to allow the original liquid to pass through the media, remove suspended solids, organic matter, colloidal particles, microorganisms, chlorine, odor, and some heavy metal ions in water, and purify the water. Mainly used to reduce turbidity, suspended solids, viscous and non viscous gelatinous substances in water bodies. The fillers inside the filter are generally quartz sand, anthracite particles, porous ceramics, manganese sand, etc. Generally, when the turbidity of the raw water is greater than 5NTU and the suspended solids content is greater than 300 Å/L, quartz sand is selected as the filter material for the filter; When the iron and manganese content in the water is greater than 0.3 Å, the filter material can be changed to manganese sand, which can effectively remove excessive iron and manganese ions in the water. Users can choose to use it according to their actual situation

    Mechanical filters, also known as pressure filters, are an important component of the pre-treatment and water purification system in the preparation of pure water. They are made of steel lined rubber or stainless steel, and can be divided into multimedia filters, activated carbon filters, manganese sand filters according to different filtering media. They can be used in combination or separately depending on the actual situation. The function is to filter out suspended solids, mechanical impurities, organic matter, etc., thereby improving the clarity of water. The medium of an activated carbon filter is activated carbon, which adsorbs and removes pigments, organic matter, residual chlorine, colloids, pigments, microorganisms, etc. from water. The medium of a manganese sand filter is manganese sand, which mainly removes divalent iron ions from water.


Activated carbon filter

    The activated carbon filter is a steel cylindrical container. There are upper and lower water distribution devices inside the device, and corresponding pipelines, valves, and instruments outside the device. Fill the activated carbon particles into the container to form an activated carbon filter. During operation, the treated water enters from the upper part of the filter and passes through the activated carbon filter layer from top to bottom. By utilizing the adsorption performance of activated carbon, harmful substances in the water, such as organic matter, colloids, microorganisms, oils, residual chlorine, and odors, are adsorbed on the surface of activated carbon and removed.
