The difference of base frame
For the base frame of 3 In 1 Monoblock machine, it's processed by planing machine in outside professional factory.While most of the factories do this process in their own factory manually, no professional tool, no standard operation process, many of them don’t do this process, to save the cost. The result is after 3 or 6 months, the machine cannot run stable and start to loose precious time. Because this process is a base step to ensure the machine a long time stable running, and just for this step, our factory needs to spend more than USD1000.
Professional after-sales team
Our factory has own technical engineer, designing inner structure of machines according to your actual request. Our general engineer has over 25 years of experience in this area. We design each small parts of our machine, to ensure the preciousness of our machine. We reserve every part of machine’s drawing design, and they fully comply with national standards. However, small filling machine factories do not have own engineer, so they may buy drawing outside, then follow to produce. It’s no skill in it.
The raw material
About the raw material, we take 2mm thickness SUS304 as our standard setup, polish all connect part, solid brace pipes. However, other suppliers may use 1.0mm or 1.5mm thickness stainless steel to lower cost. The machine in different material, the cost will be also different, the finally running performance will be also absolutely different.
The difference of gear
Our machines are adopted nylon gear with the obvious advantage of low noise, small shake. However, other supplier use traditional iron gear .
