Beer filling machine, as a key equipment in the beer production line, its function is to fill the fermented beer liquid into the packaging container. With the rapid development of the beer industry, filling technology has also experienced the evolution from manual to semi-automatic, and now fully automatic intelligent. Early beer filling relied on manual operation, which was inefficient and hygienic standards were difficult to guarantee. With the advancement of industrial automation, modern beer filling machines have not only improved production efficiency, but also made great progress in food safety and quality control. Technological innovation enables the beer filling machine to achieve accurate level control, efficient flushing and disinfection, and strict quality testing to ensure that every bottle of beer can meet high quality standards.

The clean path of the beer bottle

The starting point of the beer filling process is the cleaning and disinfection of the beer bottle. This step is crucial as it is directly related to the hygiene and safety of the finished beer. During the cleaning process, recycled or newly purchased bottles first need to be processed by a glass bottle washing machine. The bottle washer removes dirt and residue inside and outside the bottle through special cleaning agent and water washing. The bottle is then transferred to a disinfection facility where it is sterilized with ozonated water or other disinfection methods to ensure that the inside of the bottle is clean.

While the bottle is being cleaned and disinfected, other parts of the filling machine are also busy preparing. Empty bottles are fed into the filling machine through the conveyor belt, and after finishing, each bottle is correctly aligned to the filling valve. This process requires a high degree of precision to ensure smooth and efficient filling. When the bottle and filling equipment are ready, the beer begins to be poured into the bottle. After filling, the bottle is capped by a capping machine, and the final packaging of the product is completed by a labeling machine. This series of actions, almost instantaneously completed on the modern beer filling line.

Improve product quality stability

In the beer filling process, the secondary vacuum is an indispensable link. This step occurs before the beer is filled, and its main purpose is to further reduce the oxygen content in the bottle. Beer is a very sensitive to oxygen, excessive oxygen will not only affect the taste of beer, but also may lead to rapid oxidation of beer, shorten its shelf life.

Secondary vacuuming significantly reduces the dissolved oxygen content in beer by extracting the air inside the bottle and replacing it with carbon dioxide when filling. In this way, the storage environment of the beer inside the bottle is optimized, the flavor and quality are maintained, and the aging process of the beer is delayed. The application of this technology is of great significance for improving the overall quality and market competitiveness of beer products.

Some perfusion materials may release volatile substances during processing, and secondary vacuum can more effectively extract these volatile components to ensure the purity and stability of the product.

We are committed to providing our customers worldwide with integrated innovative solutions capable of fully meeting their demands for liquid filling&packaging production and storage in efficiency, reliability, flexibility and energy saving.
