How does the pasteurization tunnel work


The conveyor belt transports food into the tunnel, where it passes through a spray system in different temperature zones and undergoes two critical stages: sterilization and cooling. During the sterilization stage, food is sprayed with water at a specific temperature to kill surface bacteria and microorganisms; In the cooling stage, the food is gradually cooled down by spraying water at a lower temperature, thereby achieving safe consumption standards.
