Product Application
This is our smallest capacity beer glass bottle filling machine.The three-in-one glass bottle beer filling machine operates in a fully automatic mode, automatically accomplishing the transfer of bottle workstations and the cleaning and filling of each workstation, eliminating the necessity of manual operation by personnel. It is equipped with a separate cleaning function, enabling it to clean without filling and serving as a pre-washing machine.
The glass bottle beer filling equipment is furnished with automatic flow detection, pressure detection, residual liquid detection after blowing, alcohol spear opening detection, and other detection functions, along with a workstation alarm. The filling adopts a low-pressure fully enclosed filling approach with CO² backup pressure and pressure maintenance. The filling volume is gauged by an imported flow meter, ensuring low foam and low wine consumption after filling, as well as accurate filling volume. The water tank replenishes water, heats up, and maintains a constant temperature automatically.
The beer filling production line enables the setting and adjustment of the filling capacity via a touch screen, and also allows for error adjustments. It can display the number of filled bottles and liters in real time.
