Product Application
Beer bottle filling machine adopts isobaric filling principle and the filling valve adopts high precision mechanical valve. It has the advantages of fast filling speed and high liquid level precision. It adopts automatic control system to realize the machine trinity, which controls the washing, filling and capping process, realizing that the filling will start only when there are bottles, otherwise it will stop filling and will not break bottles.
The filling process is cleaner and purer as it is twice vacuumed of the bottle and more stable due to isobaric filling operation. The second vacuum is achieved using a vacuum pump and carbon dioxide preparation pressure to ensure that the bottle is free of air and bacteria, guaranteeing filling quality and warranty time. The filling cylinder support moves up and down using a worm gear box to accommodate bottles of different heights. A float switch in the filling cylinder ensures smooth liquid inlet. Therefore, this machine is the most ideal choice for beer or beverage factories.
