  This machine integrates washing filling and capping, based on the introduction of advanced gas filling technology from abroad. It is an efficient fully automatic liquid packaging equipment suitable for packaging gas containing beverages. It has the following characteristics: the filling cylinder, filling valve, and other components that come into direct contact with the material are made of high-quality stainless steel or non-toxic materials, which comply with food hygiene standards; The sealing element is made of heat-resistant rubber, which meets the process requirements of high-temperature disinfection for users; The PLC programmable controller is adopted to achieve full automation from bottle feeding to packaging completion. The control uses a frequency converter for variable frequency speed regulation, making it easy for users to adjust the equipment and meet the production capacity requirements of different processes; By adopting the principle of equal pressure filling and popular spring valves, the quality of the beverage is ensured. Advanced magnetic clutch adjustment cap torque device is used to ensure the quality of the cap.


Feature

1: This machine adopts the direct connection technology between the air duct and the bottle feeding wheel, eliminating the bottle feeding screw and conveyor chain, making it easy and simple to change the bottle type;


2: All bottle transfers use card bottle technology, and changing bottle types does not require adjusting the height of the equipment. Only the curved guide plate, dial wheel, and other nylon parts related to the diameter of the bottle body need to be replaced;


3: Specially designed bottle washing machine, with sturdy and durable bottle clamps, high efficiency, and good washing effect;


4: High speed and high flow gravity filling valve, fast filling speed, accurate liquid level without liquid loss;


5: The bottle bottom support plate of the bottle dispensing wheel adopts a spiral descent method, and changing the bottle type does not require adjusting the height of the bottle dispensing conveyor chain.
