Working Principle
The working principle of carbonated beverage filling machine is a complex fluid dynamics process. Firstly, the equipment extracts carbonated beverages from the storage tank through a precise metering system and transports them to the filling head through food grade pipelines. At the filling head, the beverage is rapidly injected into the bottle under high pressure until it reaches the preset liquid level. This process usually uses isobaric filling technology to reduce the generation of bubbles and maintain the best taste of the beverage.
Next is the capping process, where the filled bottles are sent to the capping machine through a conveyor system. On the capping machine, a specially designed cap grabbing device takes the bottle cap out of the storage bin and accurately places it on the bottle mouth. Subsequently, under precise control, the capping head tightens the bottle cap to the specified torque to ensure the sealing effect, thus completing the entire filling capping process. The entire process is highly automated, efficient, reduces manual intervention, and ensures consistency in product quality.
