Product Application
Firstly, plastic pellets are fed into a bottle blowing machine, where they are heated and blown into the desired bottle shape. Then, these newly manufactured bottles are transported to the filling area through a conveyor belt. In the filling area, beverages such as fruit juice have been preheated to an appropriate temperature to achieve sterilization, and then filled into bottles. Next, the filled bottles enter the capping area, where bottle caps are automatically added and tightened. Finally, the finished bottles leave the production line, ready for packaging and shipping.
