Product Application
Blowing stage: Using pre heated plastic particles or billets, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottles or other plastic containers are rapidly formed inside the machine through high-pressure blow molding technology, achieving one-time molding.
Hot filling stage: Newly formed bottles are immediately filled at a suitable temperature, usually used to fill fruit juice, tea drinks, and products with pulp or fiber components that are prone to spoilage. After heating and sterilization, the material is poured into the bottle at high temperature, and the residual temperature is used to sterilize the inside of the bottle for a second time, while reducing the vacuum effect caused by cooling during filling, ensuring product quality and taste.
Capping stage: After filling, the capping operation is carried out immediately, usually using a magnetic constant torque device to ensure good sealing effect and not damage the bottle cap, to maintain a sterile environment inside the bottle and prevent microbial invasion.
