Product Description
Product Application
Canning and positioning: The cans are fed into the filling machine through a conveyor belt, and the canning star wheel is responsible for stably guiding individual cans into the filling area, and accurately positioning the cans on the filling table through mechanical structure.
Can pre-treatment: Before filling, the filling machine performs necessary cleaning and preparation on the inside of the can, such as vacuuming, removing air from the can, and injecting an appropriate amount of carbon dioxide (CO2) to create a preset pressure environment, reduce oxygen content during the filling process, and protect the flavor and quality of the beverage.
Filling process: When the can is accurately positioned, the filling valve will lower and align with the can opening, opening the filling program. The filling valve is connected to a circular storage tank internally, and the liquid in the tank (such as beer or carbonated drinks) is filled into the tank under equal pressure conditions. By precisely controlling the pressure balance between the tank and the liquid source, a smooth, fast and accurate filling can be achieved, while reducing the generation of foam and the loss of gas components in the beverage.
Liquid level control: During the filling process, the filling machine is equipped with a liquid level control system, such as a return pipe and a liquid level sensing device. When the liquid level in the tank rises to the preset height, the filling valve will automatically close and stop liquid filling.
Sealing operation: The filled cans are then transported to the sealing process, where the can cap is placed on the can mouth through a mechanical arm or chain transmission mechanism. Then, appropriate pressure and heat are applied through the sealing mechanism to tightly bond the can cap with the can body, forming a sealed packaging.
Subsequent processing: After sealing, the can also goes through a series of subsequent processes, such as quality inspection (such as leak testing), spray code identification, cooling, packaging, etc., ultimately becoming a finished product for sale in the market.
