1. Workflow:
Labels are usually supplied in the form of rolls and are cut and glued inside the machine.
Products (such as bottles, cans, or other containers) move along a straight conveyor belt and pass through a series of guiding devices to ensure accurate positioning.
In the labeling area, a vacuum labeling wheel or similar device grabs the label and attaches it to the surface of the rotating container. The container and vacuum drum rotate synchronously to ensure the flatness and consistency of the labeling.
