Working principle:
Bottle feeding system: Bottles enter the labeling machine through a conveyor belt sequence, and the bottle separation device will separate adjacent bottles by a certain distance. Then, the bottles are fed into the labeling station turntable at a fixed rhythm through the bottle feeding conveyor device.
Positioning system: Precisely guide and fix the position of the bottle through a specially designed bottle feeding wheel and center guide plate, so that it can rotate synchronously during the conveying process.
Labeling process: The turntable usually consists of multiple workstations, each of which operates collaboratively under the control system. As the bottle rotates, the label is automatically cut and coated with hot melt adhesive from the continuous roll label. It is then precisely positioned and attached to the surface of the bottle. Next, the label is tightly attached by a compression device, and finally, the upper and lower ends of the label are heat shrunk and clamped by a heating device to achieve a flat and wrinkle free effect.

High speed and stability: This type of labeling machine is well-designed and has high production efficiency. For example, some models of equipment can achieve labeling capacity of over 30000 bottles per hour.
