Product Application
Water filling machine Mainly used for beverage filling operations. The machine will wash, filling, capping three functions in one body, the whole process to achieve automation, suitable for polyester bottles, plastic bottles filling juice, mineral water, pure water. The adjustment of the applicable bottle shape of each part is achieved by rotating the handle, which is easy and convenient. The filling method adopts a new type of micro-pressure filling, which makes the filling speed faster and more stable, so the machine has higher output and greater benefit compared with the same specification machine. The machine adopts advanced OMRON programmable controller (PLC) to control the automatic operation of the machine, and the bottle inlet chain is adjusted by frequency converter, which works with the host frequency converter to make the bottle inlet operation more stable and reliable. Photoelectric detection of the running status of each component, so a high degree of automation, easy to operate.
Product Details
The machine adopts the direct connection technology between the air feed path and the bottle feeding wheel, cancelling the bottle feeding screw and conveying chain, and changing the bottle type is easy and simple.
