Product Description
The 3-5 gallon bucket water filling machine is divided into twelve washes (customizable according to demand): two washes are with detergent, two washes with disinfectant, two washes with return water, and two washes with finished water. After washing with detergent, disinfectant, return water, and finished water, there are separate drip drying stations, each lasting for 20 seconds.
When the power is turned on, the PLC is powered on and starts working. The contactor is controlled to close, causing the washing solution, disinfectant solution, finished water, and return water pumps to start working. Then, a signal is output to the frequency converter to make the flushing conveyor chain motor and filling conveyor chain motor work. At this time, the barrel is automatically loaded to gradually enter each process for flushing. The flushing time can be programmed and adjusted by the PLC controller. After flushing is completed, the barrel falls onto the conveyor chain through the drop barrel frame.
Working principle of the filling section: When the bucket reaches the filling valve, the front blocking cylinder moves to block the bucket, and the chain continues to move, gradually sending the following buckets to be arranged side by side. When the number of buckets reaches the set number, the rear blocking cylinder and bottle clamping cylinder move and start the filling valve to fill the bucket. When the buckets are all filled, the front and rear bottle blocking and bottle clamping cylinders retract, and the bucket moves forward
This device adopts a new filling head, which is equipped with a water overflow detector. When the bucket is full and overflows, the detector sends a signal to move the filling head up and stop filling.
The capping is completed by the capping chain plate, which is driven by an electric motor. This form of capping has a good effect and a simple structure.
