The QGF series fully automatic barrel production line is designed for producing 5-gallon barrels of drinking water. Models available (barrels per hour): 100, 200, 300, 450, 600, 900, 1000, 1200. This series of barrel production lines consists of three parts: washing, filling, and sealing. The bottle washing machine uses multiple sprays of washing solution and disinfectant solution to achieve the purpose of washing and disinfection, and the disinfectant solution can be recycled. The sealing machine is capable of automatic sealing, and the bottle cap is equipped with a shower device during the transportation process to ensure that the bottle cap is sterile and clean. This series of production lines are capable of automatic washing, disinfection, filling, capping, counting, and output. It is a new type of drinking water bucket equipment that integrates machinery, electricity, and gas, with complete functions, innovative design, and high degree of automation.
Product Description
Composed of a washing, dripping, filling, and capping integrated host, it is suitable for the filling production of 3-5 gallon barrels of drinking water. The washing process is divided into three stages: alkaline liquid detergent (internal and external flushing), disinfectant water (internal and external flushing), and purified water (internal and external flushing). Alkaline water and disinfectant water can be recycled. The whole washing filling and sealing process is controlled by a PC computer, and this equipment has safety devices such as interlocking signals and self detection. Advantages: The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, which meets the requirements of food hygiene, has a reasonable structure, is easy to operate, and has accurate movements. It is currently the ideal equipment for the production line of bottled drinking water.
