Product Application

The bottles are passed through the air conveyor and then transferred to the bottle punch of the 3-in-1 machine by means of a star wheel. The bottle flushing machine is equipped with bottle clamps on a rotary disk, which hold the mouth of the bottle and turn it 180° along a guide rail so that the mouth of the bottle is turned downward.

In the specific area of the bottle flushing machine, the bottle flushing water is sprayed from the nozzle of the bottle flushing clamp to rinse the inside of the bottle. The bottles are rinsed, drained and then turned 180° along a guide rail with the bottle grippers holding the bottle so that the mouth of the bottle is turned upwards.

The washed bottles are then transferred to the filling machine via the star wheel from the bottle flushing machine. The bottles entering the filling machine are caught by the bottle neck pallet and raised by the cam, and then the filling valve is pushed open by the bottle mouth.

The filling is done by gravity. After the filling valve is opened, the material passes through the filling valve to complete the filling process, and after the filling is finished, the bottle mouth descends to leave the filling valve, and the bottle enters the capping machine through the neck transition dial.

The stop-rotation knife on the capper catches the neck of the bottle to keep the bottle upright and prevent it from rotating. The capping head keeps rotating on the capping machine and rotates freely, and realizes the action of grasping cap, capping, rotating cap and uncapping under the action of cam, and completes the whole capping process. The finished bottles are transferred from the capping machine to the bottle conveyor chain through the bottle discharging toggle wheel, and then transferred out of the three-in-one machine by the conveyor chain.
